Overview

Diamonds are the only gem material that has internationally accepted standards to assess quality. These standards are available to consumers and the industry through diamond grading reports. These reports play an extremely important role in the way diamonds are traded in all levels of the jewellery industry. This course concentrates on applying diamond grading principles to examine, categorise and grade diamonds to a determined range of standards within a quality matrix by applying international and local procedures and protocols.
