Concerns with a valuation? We’re here to help

Occasionally a consumer may not agree with a valuation provided by an NCJV Registered Valuer™.

Although this is a very rare occurrence, the NCJV has a dispute resolution process in place to help find a solution. Your first step should be to speak with the NCJV valuer who provided the valuation.

If you are unable to resolve the disagreement the NCJV Secretariat can mediate by recording details, monitoring progress and managing any correspondence. The issue will also be directed to the relevant NCJV state division for their input.

If the valuer is not an NCJV member we can still inform you of your rights and other options.
