In the unlikely event that you find yourself with a valuation that you have concerns with and after speaking to the valuer who provided the valuation you are not able to reach a resolution we are able to help.

If the valuer is an NCJV member then the NCJV Secretariat will will record  the details in order to monitor progress and manage the correspondence.  The issue will then be directed to the relevant State Division for their input.

If the valuer is not an NCJV member then we will be able to inform you of your options.
